Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.
Friendly welcoming place they look after good costumers gave me free £20 bet on black jack table just for being polite good night out if stick to limit

Very conveniently located in the city with regular buses to the railway station. Very active and helpful staff during the match.
However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the room supervisor. She barged into our room without knocking, and treated us like criminals. She did not apologize for her behavior, and I felt like my privacy had been violated. Barging into a guest's room without knocking is unacceptable, and it is a violation of the guest's right to privacy.
Stone through from train station and walkable distance or everything else. So convenient. The rooms are so quiet being in such a busy location. Staff and service great. Breakfast is delicious could not fault it. Having a few kitchen supplies was convenient for us as came back with food a few times.
Will defo be back next time we are in Birmingham - thanks to all the Manager and all her team for making our stay so great.

Went to watch the AJ boxing match.. good atmosphere and the hostess with blonde hair was terrific!!! And the food we ordered was amazing, tasted great and brilliant value for money!! The only ????????would be the service at the main bar.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £quarenta more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!

Worst place ever travel up and down country for work me and my partner love genting but this one in particular lets them down the staff are straight up rude and get more info unprofessional especially the manger, wanted to change my food order and got told I was an idiot then for me to go to the casino manager and get told that he doesn’t want a conversation with me and that his staff wouldn’t do that, after that we were made to feel uncomfortable as they all congregate,laugh, glare and talk about us all for such a simple request.
